"The Parent Helper" is a 12-week parenting class AND group coaching program that is delivered online through Zoom and other platforms. The goal is to support, encourage, and equip you to have better connections with your child(ren) as you lead your family CALMLY with CONFIDENCE.
We will focus on:

setting clear expectations and boundaries while staying open and flexible

building strong (and reliable) family and community support systems

building confidence to implement new strategies
During our weekly class/group coaching session, parents will cover and explore many topics; including:

nurturing an intentional and positive parenting mindset/attitude

handling anger and other emotions

reducing and resolving conflicts
